Millennium Door software OPW Fuel software Paperwise software AgVantage software SAP software TruckMate software McLeod software SQL Databases DB2 Databases Macola software Windchill/Creo software Responsibilities: Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards, including Windows 7 and Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 365. Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories. Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate reasoning. Excellent communication, writing and critical thinking skills. Manage time and effectively prioritize work tasks. Work collaboratively, exhibit effective social and interpersonal communication skills. Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems. Flexible and adapt to changing business surroundings. Quick learner, motivated to continuously develop and grow. Problem-solving and technical documentation skills. All other duties assigned. Requirements: Degree or advanced experience in Computer Science with relevant work experience. Proven work experience in progressive responsibility in information technology roles. In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and UNIX operating systems. Practical experience with internet and network security protocols. Valid drive license. Local travel may be necessary. Working Conditions: Sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to drive to various remote locations when needed. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand and power tools, and to handle other computer components. Lifting and transporting of heavy to moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
