Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Job Summary: Candidates must be located in Dallas TX, USA

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's computer systems, network infrastructure, and security measures. You will be working closely with other members of our IT team to maintain and improve our technology infrastructure.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and update network security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus software
• Install and configure software and hardware components, such as operating systems, network devices, and printers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Monitor and maintain company servers, workstations, and other computer hardware
• Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Maintain an accurate inventory of computing resources, including tracking the location of devices
• Manage the allocation of computing resources to ensure that devices are assigned appropriately to employees based on their roles and responsibilities
• Manage the shipping of devices to remote employees and ensure that the devices are returned or properly disposed of at the end of the employees' tenure with the company
• Provide technical support to employees seeking help with software or computer related issues

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Possess excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with all aspects of project management, such as budgeting and scheduling, and exercise strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and common threats
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
