As our Head of Talent Acquisition, your job is to ignite the flame and bring on board those individuals who live and breathe our values. From managing the full life cycle hiring process to representing the brand as an ambassador, you will lead all recruitment and staffing initiatives. Your communication with prospective candidates, vendors, and team members will shape the future of Dior Construction.

Schedule and Location:

Your influence will be needed at our HQ in Bergenfield NJ Monday to Friday, but you will also lead weekend events from time to time.

Compensation:

For your commitment, drive, and passion, we offer a hybrid compensation package with a base salary and performance pay ranging from $75,000 - $110,000
