Talent Acquisition Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Northern Rock team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to attract, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent to meet our organization's evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential candidates for current and future positions.
• Collaborate with Regional and General managers to identify and understand the specific talent requirements for various positions within the company.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates from diverse sources, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and universities.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate data.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview evaluation methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools. Experience with Career Plug and Paycor a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment or human resources role.
