Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, Na

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with HR and Business leaders to proactively and efficiently fill recruitment vacancies with internal and external talent utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment. This role will work strategically with the Head of Talent, putting forth best recruitment efforts, playing an integral part in shaping functionality and providing alignment for analytics, operations, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Leads/collaborates in key Talent Acquisition strategic initiative projects, working cross-functionally within all NA Global Business Units
• Maintains ATS (myHiring) with a high level of integrity and accuracy
• Proactively leads, mentors and develops direct reports
• Directly recruit on active roles, including SMT level and confidential roles; provides full life-cycle recruiting for assigned client groups / specific positions /confidential searches
• Manages third-party partnerships in pursuit of targeted talent
• Leads and builds a pipeline of talent through university relationships, talent mapping, employee networks and direct sourcing to acquire the best talent to meet current and future pipeline needs

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 10 years experience within talent acquisition
• Utilization of market intelligence to tap into top talent
• Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels
• Qualifications
• Proven track record of strong team leadership skills
• Self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment
