Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: $62k-$68k DOE
Location: Plymouth, MN - ON-SITE
Talent Acquisition Specialist Description:
This position is responsible for the overall talent acquisition within the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent in the market. This position will work with department supervisors and the leadership team to collaborate on the company talent acquisition strategy for each position. In addition to talent acquisition, this position is also responsible for overall candidate experience, developing and overseeing the internship programs for both sales and service, and orientation.
What you’ll do as the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Create and maintain analytics specific to recruitment strategies, targeted job postings, internal employee referrals, and sources of online applications, providing metrics as needed
- Track, manage, and continuously promote the internal referral process for team members
- Research and create partnerships with local community groups and professional organizations
- Source candidates through a variety of current and emerging processes and technologies, including electronic and other channels
- Establish a strategy and manage the planning and execution of recruitment events
- Create and maintain an internal recruitment SharePoint site for recruitment materials as a resource for internal supervisors
- Partner with Employee Relations Business Partners, leaders, supervisors, and members of the leadership team to identify specific needs for future vacancies or hard-to-fill positions
- Coordinate with Employee Relations Business Partners to execute job offers and transition candidates to onboarding
- Oversee the execution of all recruitment and hiring activities, including managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews, and providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with the communications department to develop creative materials for recruitment
- Audit declined job offers and compare trends within them
- Support in the maintenance of employee files by filing new hire and offboarding paperwork
What you will bring to the role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Working knowledge of standard technology, including core Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with utilizing HRIS systems and applicant tracking software
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of active professional recruitment experience in a professional environment
- Insurance industry knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required
