Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Insight Global is looking for an HR Coordinator for a client of ours in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. While this role is hybrid one to two days a week, they are looking for someone who would be open to coming in the office up to three days a week. This is a contract position with the potential to be hired on full-time.

Must Haves:

• Experience with any HRIS systems (Workday, Paycor, UKG, Bamboo, etc)
• Excel experience (formulas, tables, etc)
• 2+ years professional experience working within Human Resources including timekeeping, reporting and/or administration
• Experience reading and assisting with FMLA reviews

Day to Day:

An employer is seeking a HR Coordinator in the Cincinnati, OH area. This person will be working directly with the HR Manager and will assist with handling FMLA paperwork for internal employees, and determining whether or not they qualify. They will also help with running payroll and approving timesheets for salary workers, as well as any administrative duties including various documentation and filing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Human Resources and can also help contribute to process improvements. It is crucial that this person is organized and can communicate effectively, as they will be interacting with the entire department.
