Our client is looking to add a new HR Admin Assistant (Temporary) to help their team out. The ideal individual will have strong attention to detail and will go through heavy data and be organized to help with the onboarding/recruitment process.
Compensation: $20/hr
Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This role is temporary to start for 2-3 months but does have the potential to become a permanent long-term role for the right person.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR onboarding.
- General administrative duties.
- HR data entry.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a strong interest in Human Resources and/or recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Friendly, customer service-oriented demeanor is a must-have.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office experience – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
