About Our Client
Our client is a well-known retail organization that has been around for almost 100 years. They are publicly traded and international, with headquarters in New York and Europe. They make luxury ready-to-wear clothing, footwear, and accessories designed for business and leisure.

• Maintain and update accurate job descriptions.
• Support employees with questions surrounding different HR functions.
• Help promote a positive work environment.
• Manage the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientations.

The Successful Applicant

• Ability to go into the NYC office on a hybrid schedule.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• 2+ years of HR experience, prior fashion and/or retail HR experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
