Human Resources Associate Jobs

Temp to perm HR Associate supporting a global non profit as part of the HR Operations team.

Key focus:

• HR Data reporting and analytics
• Customer service and client operations
• Process documentation
• WorkDay business analyst lead
• HR Operations

6 month temporary before conversion to permanent

Pay $35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and document issues reported by employees during training
• Deliver Workday training to other employees
• Support HR Partners and Recruiting analytics teams to design and refine dashboards and reports
• Act as a first-line "go-to" for employee inquiries about policies, resources and programs
• Participate in the implementation of global HR initiatives
• Handle all administrative aspects of HR communications and reporting for the HR Operations team
• Participate in workforce plan reviews and reporting

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability and fulfillment in operating with a client service approach
• Self-motivated, ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve independently
• 3+ years’ experience in an HR support function
• Experience in a 1000+ person organization and/or within a non-profit setting
• Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders across the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility, adaptability and resilience in working in a constantly evolving environment
• Outstanding capabilities in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Working knowledge and understanding of federal and multi-state employment laws
• Experience in Workday and applicant tracking systems
