Project Description:

The North America People Operations and Analytics team is offering a 6-month assignment. Our team focuses on people operations, analytics and project management across the entire North America region. This role will support HR system transactions and administration as well as ad hoc special projects.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining work structures and job strings for client groups ensuring data accuracy, acting as a point of contact as it relates to various processes including job data changes, data corrections, and separations, and performing audits on employee information to ensure records are updated correctly and to ensure data integrity in HR systems. Special projects will span all aspects of HR and will require both project management and analytics capabilities. In this assignment, close partnership with HRBPs from all NA groups (US and Canada, Corporate, Field and Point of Sale) as well as an understanding of each populations’ unique needs is critical.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with Excel and Visio

- Assignment requires a minimum of 3 year of human resource experience

- Ability to collaborate and communication cross-functionally

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is a key component

- Strong attention to detail while simultaneously capable of seeing the whole picture

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
