Job Description

We are looking for a HR Associate to work closely with the HR team at a prestigious professional services firm in NYC. This role is in the office full time, 5 days a week.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRBPs to monitor employee engagement and work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Analyze and report HR data to proactively identify and address trends and issues
  • Support HR programs and processes
  • Lead efforts around process improvements related to the team’s transactions and workflows
  • Special project work
  • Participate in performance management and employee relations cases


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Data driven with the ability to pull and analyze reports
  • Ability to creatively solve problems
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Open to being in the office 5 days a week
  • 2-5 years of professional HR work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while also being able to adjust to changes professionally
