ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

We are seeking a Human Resources Administration Specialist to work directly with the support team. This position can be based anywhere within the US (New York preferred). This role will engage across all functions of a super early stage venture capital firm, including reviewing new investment opportunities, special projects, fund administration and management, portfolio engagement, financial reporting etc. along with overseeing Human Resources duties for approximately 20 employees.

As a Human Resource Administration Specialist, you will be:

• Managing and tracking new investment opportunities
• Conducting research and investment diligence
• Fund administration and management
• Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members
• Initiating and leading special projects (building internal products and programs, research deep dives, etc.)
• Managing and processing email communication
• Overseeing scheduling and contact management
• Managing projects and events
• Overseeing employee benefits and performance management for all staff members (approx. 20 employees)
• Arrange interviews for recruiting purposes and assist with recruitment & selection
