- Assist in project and business strategy efforts for the team
- Update internal process document and workflows
- Provide, monitor, and audit business partner access to records
- Responsible for accurate data entry into HRIS systems
- Ensure records are uploaded and maintained appropriately in all document management applications
- Manage and track the delivery of physical and digital files to and from other department or vendors
- Perform daily audits and record keeping tasks to ensure compliance is met
- Responsible for the organization, inventory, disposition, and retention of physical and digital records based on data retention policies

- 2-3 years related to record management experience
- Ability to lift file boxes up to 10lbs
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to organize projects and track progress
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of human resources and legal requirements related to record retention
- Demonstrate ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced, dynamic, global work environment
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

- HR Field (Generalist) or HR COE Specialist Work experience
