Summary
- Maintains monthly headcount reports and organization chart.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
- Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper deductions.
- Assists any company's events.
- Incorporates Client's values (customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and discipline and vitality) into your work and in your team's work.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assists facility maintenance administrations.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Books hotels and car rental for guests.
- Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Prepares new-employee files.
- Attends Safety Committee Meeting and performs safety administrations.
- Assists visitors from HQ and other affiliated companies as needed.
- Complies with the company's policies and procedures.
- Conducts audits of benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administrations, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years' related experience preferred, but not required.
