HR Assistant / Project Coordinator - Contract at Chick-fil-A Corporate office in College Park, GA 30349
HYBRID - Hybrid Role- 90% Virtual and 10% in Office
Pay:$18/hr. - $19/hr.
Duration: 1 year but could extend
Work Shift 8am-4:30pm EST
Responsibilities:
This Role is a hybrid of an HR Assistant II and Project Coordinator II
-Supports HR teams with compliance with maintaining proper records management for SOX compliance. Facilitates compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, SOX, and other regulations. Partners with business partner, legal, center of expertise and management as needed.
-Ensures the application of HR administrative procedures and policies as appropriate.
-Assists with supporting processes such as e-performance, on-boarding, open enrollment, benefits document compilation and distribution, records request, etc.
-Supports with processing and auditing invoices and payments to service providers and vendors.
-Maintains the HR information system, tables, and related data ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintains employee records.
-Executes leave administration program, return to work, accommodation requests, and related time entry.
-Prioritizes work, effectively handles multiple tasks simultaneously, takes initiative, possesses sound reasoning and problem solving skills, functions as a team member as well as works independently, assists in the development of presentations for management.
-Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- 4-6 years of experience
Assists with consulting with management and employees in the administration of all Human Resources programs, policies and procedures, potentially including:
• Monitors inbox
o Ensures SNOW tickets are created to align by department
o If staff email CWPO directly, could the ATW place the email into a SNOW ticket, align by the department in SNOW, and add a link to the CWPO questions form to educate staff to use SNOW?
• This will mean you are only going to SNOW to respond to staff.
o Flag emails from other stakeholders outside of CFA for Eddie/Melissa to respond
• Send meeting requests for data validation calls with staff
• Send meeting requests for tenure calls with staff
• Track and keep up with the supplier contact list
• Track orientation and training
• Takes notes in meetings as needed
• Supplier validation
o Send communication (Alanna creates) to suppliers on how to complete the data validation and upcoming supplier call
o Send communication (Alanna creates) to suppliers for individual supplier meeting with any additional questions
o Send other communication (Alanna created) as needed by CWPO to suppliers
• Additional tasks added as Phase II work is determined
Overview: Schedules and coordinates the flow of work for the CWPO team.
• Monitor the team’s (email) mailbox- by forwarding, responding, following up, and filing emails into folders.
• Track and reassign SNOW tickets.
• Schedule meetings for the team.
• Send communication out to stakeholders and suppliers.
• Update spreadsheets to track various data projects.
• Coordinate and track user training.
• Assist with project work as assigned (e.g., research, PowerPoint drafts).
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Additional tasks are added as additional project work is needed.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and work etiquette.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Use discernment when needed and appropriately direct questions to CWPO
• Detail-oriented and able to work well with others and with confidential information.
• Have a “can do” attitude, a spirit of learning, and a servant’s spirit.
• Must be reliable and take ownership and follow up
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• 5-7 years of administrative or project coordination experience
Bachelor’s Degree
