This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 4-10 days in office per month.
Locations: Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL
The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for processing transactional work within HR operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains records in case management system and assign or research cases as required.
- Processes adjustments and changes in HRIS system.
- Researches and resolves specific transactional inquiries and customer issues.
- Performs balancing activities.
- Point of contact for compliance inquires and escalates to the appropriate people or departments.
- Processes basic department specific transactional work.
- Follows standard operating procedures and processing guidelines while maintaining attention to detail accuracy and timeliness
- Supports system changes. Runs and analyzes reports and queries.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 years of transacting experience in payroll tax benefits or leaves of absence; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Preferred Bilingual - Spanish
- Strongly preferred college degree and Workday experience.
- Experience in high volume workplace
