Hr/Staffing Coordinator Jobs

The Human Resource/Staffing Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource and staffing processes. This role administers employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource and staffing functions as needed. Must be located in the Augusta, GA area.

HR Duties

• Assist with benefits enrollments and changes
• Event coordination
• Coordinate All Hands (schedule, collect slides, update presentation)
• Send Onboarding paperwork to new hires
• Update employee information in HRIS
• Set up new user accounts through Cispoint
• Complete requests for verification of employment
• Schedule onboarding meetings
• Resolve benefits-related problems

Staffing Duties

• Reporting
• Post and update job vacancies and descriptions
• Light sourcing
• Maintain social media sites and outreach
• Manage quarterly, outside, and internal referral program

Required Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
