Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Royalty Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, royalties, and review processes. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of royalty accounting, including the processing of royalty payments, tracking of royalty obligations, and reconciling royalty statements
• Provide support to other finance team members as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with licensors, licensees, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Conduct regular audits of royalty agreements to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Participate in the development and implementation of new royalty policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate payment and reporting of royalties
• Review and analyze royalty reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GAAP and royalty accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 2+ years of experience in royalty accounting or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
