How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)


The Senior Coordinator, HR Services will be responsible for delivering internal training programs for Field Leaders and Timekeepers on Delta Policies and Time and Attendance Systems (MPS and MyTime). This person will work with the Sr. Learning Designer to determine training needs, help develop curricula/training material, and deliver training in an engaging and effective manner. Training will be provided in a variety of ways, including in person, remote and self-paced, module-based training for new and existing employees.


Job Responsibilities


Effective & Engaging Content Delivery (80%):


  • Evaluate outcomes of training and improve/update content as needed based on changing business requirements and/or employee feedback
  • Ensure all training is managed or delivered in a consistent and timely manner
  • Deliver high quality, effective and engaging training to Field Leaders in order to improve the accuracy of employee’s pay
  • Identify and deliver appropriate learning content based on audience needs


Curriculum Development (20%):


  • Support Sr. Learning Designer to build curriculum and develop content based on the business requirements
  • Have a solid understanding of Delta’ policies and systems to ensure all training is practical and focused on driving business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal groups to help develop and review course materials
  • Keep up to date on adult learning principles, modern learning tools, and learning technology trends
  • Identify and fill gaps in content and learning materials
  • Engage with Field leaders and timekeepers to determine training requirements and needs

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)


  • A self-starter with the ability to learn and quickly adapt to new technology and processes
  • Innovative & creative when designing, planning, and executing training
  • Demonstrated knowledge in current learning & development techniques, practices, trends and technology
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Must be able to travel
  • Collaborative mindset to share and implement best practices
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Experience analyzing learning data and using assessments to inform design creation and improve learner outcomes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering classroom training and/or systems training in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with experience presenting to large groups


What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)


  • Experience using time management systems and/or HR systems with time/payroll modules
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Delta’s Policy and Time and Attendance system knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency with content creation/authoring tools such as Adobe
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, education or another related field
