Human Resource Coordinator
Schedule: M - F, normal business hours, T - P
Location: Cumming, GA
Setting: Outpatient Medical Clinic
Pay: $21 - 29 an hour
Responsibilities:

• Act as HR coordinator for 150+ employees located in multiple facilities
• Complete basic job duties related to the daily operations of an office, like scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, performing employee orientations, and managing employee information documents
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers during the recruiting process by finding potential candidates, checking their references, and distributing employment contracts
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance needs with comprehensive knowledge of the company
• Complete basic job duties related to the daily operations of an office, like scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, performing employee orientations, and managing employee information documents

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a Human Resources Coordination role
• ATS experience, 2+ years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• SHRM certification preferred
• Must live under 30 minutes from facility in Cumming, GA
• 2+ years of full cycle internal recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding, and orientation, etc.
