YOUR IMPACT

The HR Operations Analyst will support the HR team with requests for data, questions regarding data in current or legacy systems, and Workday reporting. The analyst will help drive the standardization and simplification of reports and data collection and will build queries and reports to provide management with data required to meet the business and functional needs.

• Analyze and interpret business process issues and make recommendations to partners in relation to system updates, program / process improvements
• Gather/Analyze data from current and legacy systems to meet reporting requirements of the business
• Ensures the quality and integrity of data output for compliance and analysis.
• Document and map new and current processes, as well as review them on a regular basis and make improvements.
• Proactively work to improve reporting (value-add, efficiency, quality, speed)
• Respond to all ad hoc requests for data from the business (i.e. RFP requests, Audit, Legal)
• Support the movement of data between core HR systems and downstream systems including Payroll, Equity, and Benefits, reviewing integration errors as appropriate
• Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and update HR systems Ensure that all transactions are accurate and compliant with current SOX and internal control guidelines
• Create Workday Reports, managing existing reports and troubleshooting report issues and maintain Workday Dashboards and metrics
• Partner on special projects as needed and provides ad hoc analysis to support additional HR & Corporate initiatives.
• Respond to reporting requests in the case management system within SLA guidelines
• Collaborate with HR business partners to meet the business needs related to reporting and data.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Working knowledge of HRMS systems and HR data collection.
• Minimum of 2 years HR related industry experience.
• Effective presentation, written, verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to multiple levels of management.
• Minimum of 2 year Workday Reporting experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills (macros, pivot tables, V look-ups, etc.).
• Flexible and able to respond to rapidly changing business needs
• Knowledge of business operations, management practices and principles, and human resources management trends and practices.
• Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with dashboards, matrix and composite reporting.
