Seasonal Operations Coordinator Jobs

Summary

The NFL is seeking a Seasonal Operations Coordinator for the Social, Influencer, & Content Marketing Department. This role will support the operational needs of the department, including vendor onboarding, contract management, invoice processing, resource scheduling, liaising with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Engineering departments.
Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking of vendor contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate the creation of vendor contracts with vendors, internal stakeholders, and NFL legal.
• Guide new vendors throughout the supplier onboarding process.
• Create purchase orders and facilitate the processing of vendor invoices with Accounts Payable.
• Facilitate travel and credentialing requests for the department at league tentpole events.
• Work cross functionally with IT, Facilities, Media Admin, and Engineering departments to support the technology and resource needs of the department.
• Assist with onsite logistical support at league tentpole events.

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent education
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to effectively work in close liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of content production, workflow, formats and specs for broadcast production, social content, and digital marketing.
• Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous requests and deadlines.

Travel

• Up to 25%, with most travel needs around tentpole events in January through April

Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

• 7-month employment period
• Required to work 40 hours per week
• Overtime may be needed periodically on nights or weekends
