Job Description
The Administrative Assistant of Human Resources will perform administrative duties related to human resources and general affairs operations.
Responsibilities
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate and prepare company-wide events and meetings.
  • Assist in administrative work in the HR and General Affairs (GA) duties.
  • Answer and direct departmental requests via email.
  • Organize and manage office supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Global Mobility tasks in helping expatriated employees with SSN and driver’s license – issuing legal documents for work-eligible non-US citizens.
  • Support expatriated employees with soft-landing, including coordinating house searches and supporting utility setup and other residential-related questions to help the relocation transition from Korea to the US.
  • Translate and interpret documents from Korean to English or from English to Korean.
  • Receive and relay all incoming visitor requests made by the organization departments.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Bi-lingual (English, Korean) skills are a must.
  • Experience in the HR/GA field is not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Bi-lingual (English, Korean) skills are a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
