This role focuses on managing the hiring process for new employees and ensuring that everything is properly configured in company-related and client systems.


The HR Associate with Slovenian and English is responsible for:


  • Working together with all departments to ensure the accuracy of employee data/records
  • Handling payment processes such as working hours, salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations
  • Assisting with gathering information for leaves of absence, medical leave, paid/unpaid leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.
  • Processing data entry or importing files into systems and reviewing information for accuracy
  • Managing end-to-end HR processes
  • Providing support for the client’s human resources department in matters related to personnel forms and archive/records
  • Providing support to employees, via email, telephone or chat and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner
  • Coordinating onboarding program for client’s new hires
The ideal Candidate:

  • Team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of English and native in Slovenian.
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in HR would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources would be a plus
Requirements:
  • Suitable working environment for working remote
  • One of the requirements of the position is to live in Turkey.
