This is a reputable and financially sound Hotel Group with Real Estate and under an umbrella of related entities.

Keys to this role:

• Public Accounting experience highly preferred and/or CPA; or Big 4

The CFO is responsible for the financial control and reporting of performance for all US assets. And is the main point of contact for the Stakeholders, and manages a team of 15.

• Driving monthly, quarterly and year-end close

• Business partnering with senior stakeholders on day-to-day delivery of objectives and strategic initiatives; commentary on financial performance for Board

• Forecast and annual budget preparation/ reporting/analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow)

• Attention to controlling costs

• Support the capital investment process

• Ensuring compliance with the full range of applicable taxes

• Management of relationships with banks, cash collection partners and merchant acquirer relationships

• Directing the completion of the annual statutory accounts and management of the audit thereof

• Communication with auditors, tax accountants and banks

• Develop and implement financial systems, processes, and controls
