Our technology startup client is looking for a Head of Sales to join their team full-time. This role has remote flexibility and can be based out of anywhere in the US.

As the company’s Head of Sales, you will think and execute strategically to achieve revenue growth, align interests of peers, and be committed to growth plan execution.

The primary responsibilities for the successful Head of Sales include:

• Driving the sales arm for the client
• Creation and implementation of sales operations
• Scaling the sales organization
• Focusing on customer success
• Ensuring the closing of all leads that come through the Marketing team
• Ensuring high closing ratios
• Lead generation

Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Head of Sales:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
• Startup experience is a MUST
• SaaS experience
• Strong background of both marketing and sales experience
• The ability to create and scale a sales organization
• Player/Coach Mentality
