We started with chai concentrates and blends, crafted to be enjoyed from the comfort of your home or at your favorite coffee shop. Using tea sourced directly from an organic and biodynamic family-owned farm in Assam, India, One Stripe Chai is brewed in Portland, OR, with a focus on taste and simplicity.

One Stripe Chai is looking for a Head of Growth to be a critical part of our scaling journey. This person will be responsible for building One Stripe’s growth engine. This role will be remote and a salaried role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategy, managing sign-up, order, review, etc.
• Lead organic and paid marketing strategy, plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon
• Collaborate with Content Manager on content calendar and provide approval on influencer campaigns
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and ROI on a daily basis
• Manage paid media budget and report on advertising spend and performance to senior management
• Create affiliate marketing strategy and implement
• Work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, PR, Email Marketing, etc. resources on holistic marketing approach
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations
• Create and execute an SEO, SEM, and backlink strategy, leveraging best practices around blogging, keyword, traffic, etc.

Requirements

• Passionate about CPG and food & beverage
• Deep understanding of tracking, ads, trends, and best practices in paid media
• Be a self-starter, adaptable to a quick and fast paced environment
• SEO & SEM experience, improving website traffic
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated copywriting skillset
• Experience growing channels utilizing social media platforms and tools like Klaviyo
• 3+ years in digital marketing & growth
