- Partner with Commercial, Sales Support, and Finance leadership to institute data governance best practices and system guardrails that enable accurate and comprehensive data collection.
- Communicate system enhancements and internal processes in an effective manner that drives system/process adoption.
- Manage procurement and monitor the value and usage of all Commercial and Marketing tools.
- Champion Commercial talent development, and recognition programs aimed at maximizing team productivity and instilling a culture of excellence
- Identify and implement enhancements that optimize the current system architecture.
- Manage SF Admin/Developer and oversee Salesforce.com (CRM), marketing automation tool configuration/development to support diagnostic sales/value-based pricing methodology and capture intel that can influence Product, Marketing, and Technology effort prioritization.
- Lead evaluation of new tools through project management and stakeholder engagement best practices.
- Identify new tools that position the 3E Commercial team to accelerate revenue growth, enable productivity, and seamless customer buying experience.
- Oversee successful implementation of new tools (e.g., sales cadence automation, call recording/coaching, and pipeline management). Identify adoption success measures, and take steps to increase adoption, in partnership with the Commercial stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional, client-focused collaboration with Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Technology teams in support of achieving 3E mission goals.
- Partner with Finance and external consulting teams to ensure the successful implementation of a new Order-to-Cash system that enables an efficient, seamless client buying experience.
- 5+ years in Sales Ops, Commercial Enablement roles, including 5 years of leading teams in the high-growth subscription business.
- Prior experience implementing Commercial enablement tools – sales engagement, revenue intelligence, pipeline management, data enrichment, and/or account-based marketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or similar field.
- Prior experience and proficiency as a Salesforce consultant (architect, administrator, and/or developer) are required.
