The Digital & E-commerce Channel Specialist is responsible for developing and executing on the digital strategy to increase lead acquisition, customer engagement, retention and sales, with the integration of new tools and apps to drive growth on the Brand’s digital retail platforms.
The successful candidate should have a strong UI/UX orientation, and be responsible for tracking the overall customer experience across all the Brand’s digital channels with the ability to optimize customer journeys according to different markets with the focus on conversion and retention.
This role requires someone who is performance-driven, analytical and methodical with the expertise to identify new applications/tools and manage their testing and integration to the website. You will also coordinate external web developers on website upgrades and tools/plugins.
The performance and health of the website is your number one priority.
We are looking for a strong self-driven individual contributor with strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders and have excellent follow-through to deliver on deadlines such as product launches, campaigns and other important Brand milestones.
Responsibilities
● Oversee, execute and manage day to day performance of the Brand’s core website & external
retail platforms.
● Perform Shopify webmaster function to monitor site performance and apps, troubleshoot
issues, ensure effective management of site content and optimal site speed.
● Build product pages, collection pages, home page banners, custom campaign landing pages and
other site content.
● Review and maintain all SKUs and integrity of inventory, prices, tags, variants
● Pull and analyze data from Shopify to report on KPIs, track results of different digital initiatives
and recommend improvements to increase sales and customer acquisition and retention
● Refresh website with high performance content, latest reviews, recommendations, pop-ups, and
other incentives to drive conversion and retention.
● Coordinate with Visual and Copywriting leads to execute new product launches, campaign
pages, and sale events.
● Develop and maintain calendar for periodic website review.
● Research and propose apps, plug ins, and synchronize across all Brand’s digital touchpoints.
● Manage optimize external digital retail platforms, eg kris Shop and Wolf Badger
● Maintain integrity of ecommerce related image library
● Coordinate work and be on point for all website development tasks
● Review and recommend latest features for shopify
● Own and manage digital loyalty/retention/reward programs
● Coordinate with affiliate marketing partners and any external digital touchpoints
Qualifications
● Diploma or degree in related field
● DTC ecommerce brands is a plus
● photoshop/adobe illustrator skills a must
● experience with shopify a must
● ecommerce experience
● UX background helpful
