Responsibilities:

• Work effectively in a team environment with the iLink alliance team, with business unit partners, and DEX Labs team (R&D) thereby translating vision to execution.
• Analyze industry trends, technology hype cycles and position the practice for expansion opportunities.
• Conduct events, sessions & road shows aimed at promoting technology awareness and evangelizing technology adoption with existing & potential customers.
• Develop technology initiatives aligned with growth strategy by working together with Microsoft Product, Account & Field Teams.
• Engage with iLink customers to understand their unique problems and provide solutions thereby building customer trust and creating value.
• Collaborate closely with DEX Labs team to create products, frameworks, and accelerators that would create unique value propositions for the customers.
• Develop Microsoft technology practice areas within the organization including Power Platform, M365, D365 & Azure.

Education And Experience Required:

• Must have hands-on experience working with 2 or more of the Microsoft technologies – Power Platform, M365, D365 & Azure.
• Minimum 8+ years of technology leadership and customer-facing experience
• Demonstrated consulting experience working directly with the senior management & CxO level leadership at customer organizations.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. MBA preferred.

Knowledge And Skills:

• Knowledge of practices, tactics and tools and developing value propositions with partners and customers.
• Able to span near-term product initiatives and long-term strategic planning across the various technology areas.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft product/service/solution offerings within industry and segments.
• Excellent written/oral communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiating, influencing, consensus- building and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with executive management across different business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and influence ideas and actions of others
• Critical thinker
