Manage a requisition load of 15+ openings

3+ years recruiting experience ideally in a software/start-up company where you were responsible for sourcing and closing talent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, specifically Greenhouse

Source, recruit, interview, and close

Regular interaction with hiring managers regarding their hiring needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;

Database management: keeping internal recruitment systems up to date;

Interviewing and evaluating candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements;

Recruitment experience with a proven record;

Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department

Experience in collecting, analyzing and maintaining data gathered to support targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning)

Experience in active sourcing and managing talent pools

Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills

Defining job requirements and responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to develop a deep understand of hiring needs for open positions

Coach and support staff to increase knowledge, understanding, and compliance in recruiting best practices

Provide all candidates with a positive equitable, inclusive, and supported experience throughout the recruitment process.

Document and analyze recruitment data to improve the quality and inclusiveness of our recruitment processes and experience.

You have experience working with global teams at all levels, and have demonstrated strong cultural awareness and humility.
