The Role
The Growth Marketing Lead at TeachMeTo will be an integral part of our world-class team, charged with the task of scaling our user base and driving our product-market fit expansion. The successful candidate will use their expertise to identify, test, and validate new channels for user acquisition, brand recognition, and business development. This role reports directly to the CEO.
The Company
TeachMeTo makes getting started easy. We are a venture-backed startup building the "Airbnb for Lessons". On TeachMeTo, you can find and book 5-star local coaches in sports like golf, pickleball, tennis, surfing, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Test and validate new marketing channels and strategies, conducting rigorous performance analysis to determine effectiveness.
- Use data and insights to optimize our marketing funnel and user journey.
- Monitor and report on growth KPIs, sharing insights and learnings with the wider team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to align on user requirements for systems in production.
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy with a focus on new user acquisition and user retention.
What Success Looks Like:
A successful Growth Lead will demonstrate the ability to effectively identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, resulting in increased user acquisition and engagement. They will exhibit strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical prowess, leading to notable improvements in our marketing performance metrics.
Role in Organization:
The Growth Lead plays a pivotal role in the organization, bridging the gap between our product and our users. They will work closely with various teams, influencing our product development and overall business strategy, ultimately driving TeachMeTo's growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and testing new marketing channels.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Proven experience in a growth marketing or similar role within a startup or tech environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
