The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our organization by supporting our clients' growth efforts. Your expertise in marketing, campaign analysis, audience setup, developing winning ads and campaign optimization will directly impact our company's growth and expansion as well as the growth & profitability goals of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Meta ad campaign setup, implementation, dupes, campaign analysis, etc.
• Support the development and growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention as directed by the leadership.
• Analyze campaigns according to established benchmarks.
• Implement assigned Google ad campaigns, perform Audience/keyword research and audience implementation.
• Implement basic creatives, editing for ad creatives, etc.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing channels and tactics.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Strong preference for photo and video editing whether Adobe, Canva, or any other platform as long as formats are compatible with our ecosystem.
• 1-5 years recent experience directly managing Meta ads, Google ads, etc. [Strong preference for email marketing experience,
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.

Compensation

We recognize that the right compensation is an important factor in this decision. Please note, this is a limited term, hourly pay, contract position. We envision roughly 10-15 hours per week required per week for now. This does have potential to expand. For now, think of this as a way to add some additional income or utilize more of your time. We appreciate your expertise and encourage you to indicate your preferred hourly rate in your application. This ensures we are on the same page, and that you are fairly compensated.
