We’ve built a team of some of the industry's most accomplished, capable, and fun people.We’re looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented marketer to join our team as a Growth Marketing Associate. Together, we're a group of insiders, outsiders, thinkers, and doers on a mission to shake up the alcohol industry and give cocktail lovers around the world more exciting choices when 'drinking'.
Employment Objective:
To drive scalable growth through various digital marketing channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align campaigns and support business objectives.
- Collaborate internally to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for superior results and growth opportunities.
- Allocate and plan the marketing budget, monitoring spending efficiency in collaboration with the Head of Digital and finance team.
- Drive targeted traffic, boost conversions, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, AOV, ROAS.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing valuable insights and actionable data.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to enhance performance and uncover improvements.
- Create and manage initiatives to acquire and retain new customers.
- Refine and expand campaign strategies through research and analysis.
- Manage and optimize paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), and marketplace (Amazon, Walmart) campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and landing page optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook and/or TikTok.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Minimum of three years experience at a similar, fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Detail-oriented with strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
- Proven success in optimizing campaigns and developing high-conversion funnels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and distill complex information into simple answers.
- Self-driven, results oriented; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
