Demand Generation Marketing Specialist (Software, Supply Chain)
USA/remote
The Role:
AutoScheduler is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to execute core aspects of our marketing program with a strong focus on lead generation and customer engagement. This role will utilize the HubSpot platform and social media (LinkedIn super users preferred) for marketing automation, digital campaigns, and event & media management. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities. This position collaborates closely with various departments, including product management, customer success, senior leadership, and interfaces with customers and prospects. The key responsibility is to understand the buyers’ industry and problems and effectively align AutoScheduler’s solutions to generate demand and promote customer retention.

• Deep understand ding of HubSpot’s platform and its capabilities for lead generation, sales enablement, and customer engagement
• Assist in launch plans and GTM activities alongside Product Management, collaborating with marketing communication and PR teams
• Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to convey compelling product messaging across written and digital communication
• Continually re-evaluate product/solution messaging and communicate product updates in collaboration with Management
• Support demand generation through collaboration on content creation, presentations, video scripts, e-books, quick sheets, case studies, webinars, events
• Assist in competitive market intelligence and win/loss analysis to continually fine-tune sales/marketing alignment and strive to reduce sales cycle time
The Qualifications:
• BA or higher in marketing, communications, or technology
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Supply Chain AND SaaS software
• Experience with Pragmatic Marketing, CEB/Gartner, or similar product marketing methodology
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business-level information.
