About the Role
Twill is hiring a talented Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to assume hands-on management and execution of user acquisition strategies. You will be focused on activating and scaling marketing using DTC channels (paid & organic media) in addition to B2B2C channels through our clients (employee resource groups, member newsletters, etc).
The ideal candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of consumer and direct response marketing best practices.
This role is open to remote candidates, with a preference for candidates based in New York.
Responsibilities:
B2B2C (50%)
- Work closely with customer experience and finance team to ensure client activation campaigns are meeting contractual obligations
- Proactively lead marketing strategies, timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns for each client in partnership with VP, B2B2C Marketing
- Pull monthly and quarterly reporting for clients to provide insights on activation campaigns and recommend new strategies going forward. Assist with ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Work with brand marketing and content teams to understand upcoming marketing campaigns and find ways to incorporate them into client campaigns
- Build communications strategy for clients to get them marketing assets and make it easier for them to execute activation campaigns
DTC (50%)
- Ability to manage agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, and performance feedback.
- Work closely with content and brand to develop new copy and creative for different types of assets (image, gif, video, etc) for use in campaigns and testing
- Develop and execute a creative testing roadmap to improve engagement and CVR, CPA, and CAC.
- Have a pulse on performance metrics. Analyze data and funnels to understand campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
- Develop growth media strategy in partnership with the Director, Growth Marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and sales to align marketing initiatives with business revenue goals.
- Using technical tools and systems, such as analytics platforms and reporting tools, to track and report on paid marketing performance and ASO/SEO changes. Ability to understand attribution-related nuances between app and web.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web/product analytics like Mixpanel tools to monitor performance/metrics and track KPIs.
- Relevant academic background in marketing, communications, or public health.
- Experience with MMPs and a strong understanding of app and web attribution preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Hands-on experience in Meta, Google Adwords, and other Ad Networks.
- Proven success in marketing and/or communications with increasing levels of responsibility.
The compensation range for this role ranges from $150 - $160K per year
