Your role

Are you able to support our senior leadership and work in partnership with the business to help drive the business forward ? Do you know how to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in the business, across the front to back and cross-divisionally?
We are looking for someone like you who can:
  • Maintain focus on business profitability and cost discipline, including management of the Global Banking workforce plan.
  • Support the Global Banking Co-Heads and Global Banking Chief of Staff, working in partnership and collaboratively with the business to drive initiatives forward
  • Produce detailed analysis on strategic business initiatives.
  • Perform day to day tracking, coordination and prioritization of the business requests and deliverables.
  • Effectively deliver tasks assigned accurately and on time, and provide assistance and cover for other team members.
  • Effectively liaise with various teams across the front to back to deliver analysis and management information.

Your team

You will be part of the Global Banking Management Office based in New York, responsible for providing global support to the Global Banking Co-Heads and Global Banking Chief of Staff on a broad portfolio of activities centered around acting as a strategic enabler to the business.

Your expertise

  • Ideally 3 years+ of relevant experience in banking and/or in a business management support role and a strong understanding the investment banking business
  • Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Able to build relationships and become a trusted point of contact all levels across the front to back organization
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
  • Excellent financial, analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $127,500 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
