Financial Analyst, Systems & Process

Reporting to the Financial Director, the Financial Analyst (Systems & Process) will participate in the following tasks:

• Implementation of financial system roadmap, including but not limited to ERP, Consolidation, Reconciliation, Financial planning, business intelligence, etc.
• Develop and manage process documentation. Including SOP and process flow diagrams.
• Analysis and improvement of all financial processes (OTC, P2P & RTR) to eliminate pain-points.
• Key user of corporate systems including ERP, Consolidation, Business Intelligence etc. and as such perform as a functional expert in financial and administrative systems and processes.
• Definition of global reports for KPIs and similar and drive.
• And other duties as assigned.
• Build scalable processes and systems to enhance financial visibility, control and planning effectiveness that support sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Experience in process improvement analysis and execution.
• Experience implementing and supporting financial systems and automation tools including performing or supporting test execution, writing test script, confirming functionalities.
• 4+ years of finance & strategy, corporate finance and/or FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience, required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance and accounting.
• Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity and willingness to take ownership of complex problems.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage project documentation effectively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives, able to prioritize across multiple projects and adapt to business changes.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and built strong collaborative relationships across different functional groups.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and achieving deadlines.

Other Valuated Skills And Experience

• Experience using Oracle, SAP BPC, and Hyperion
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Experience as key user or superuser in financial systems.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
