Work You'll Do
As a Federal Recruiter for our federal agency client, you will:

• Apply your experience and knowledge in recruiting services and technologies to drive day-to-day execution of Recruitment operations, including engagement with applicants, interaction with client business units, and management of recruitment services performance
• Provide a full range of position design, compensation, pay, workforce recruitment strategy
• Support management and execution of in person and virtual events
• Develop long-term and short-term staffing plans to meet mission requirements, human capital losses, change in competencies, career development and reorganizations.
• Interact across HR and agency business units to understand and plan for hiring needs and position details, and facilitates steps across the hiring process (e.g., interviewing)
• Advise and execute on the strategies for recruiting and hiring of client employees, to include influencing hiring schedules/sequence, target candidate definition, and candidate sourcing strategies
• Support candidates through client's application process
• Leverage understanding of position classification as it pertains to establishing job specifications, minimum qualifications, and job-related duties
• Advise managers at all levels of HR related issues including staffing requirements, resources, and problems impacting the organization
• Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for multiple candidates at a time
• Manage multiple active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to client on candidate progress
• Run end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations for Deloitte's federal agency client , to include job definition, candidate sourcing, evaluation, selection, management/tracking, interview logistics, selection, and job offer
• Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
• Manage the recruitment, placement, personnel processing, position classification and position management services for activities within the organization
• Notify candidates of selection/rejection after hiring managers have made their determinations
• Support candidates through the application and hiring process at in person and virtual events

Qualifications
Required:

• Must have experience working specifically within Monster Government Solutions as well as other federal government agency specific applicant tracking systems (USA Staffing, Salesforce, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing staffing and hiring plans for multiple locations to include job posting recommendations, event and marketing needs, candidate assessments and onboarding schedules
• 1 year of professional work experience serving in a recruiter function for a federal government agency
• Experience tracking a high volume (over 500 hires annually) through relevant Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Must have an active Public Trust clearance and be able to maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Knowledge of recruiting principles and government recruiting and hiring policies, laws, regulations
• Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
• Experience with Project management, team leadership, client engagement, and relationship building

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,000 to $101,000.
