Overview A Federal Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with federal government agencies and customers. Detailed Job Description The Federal Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with federal government agencies and customers. They must be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company and be able to explain them to potential customers. They must be able to negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, and ensure that customer needs are met.
