Overview A Federal Learning Specialist is a professional who specializes in providing training and development services to federal government employees. They are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials to meet the needs of the federal government. They must have a strong understanding of the federal government’s policies and procedures, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with government employees. Detailed Job Description A Federal Learning Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials to meet the needs of the federal government. They must have a strong understanding of the federal government’s policies and procedures, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with government employees. They must be able to develop and implement training programs that are tailored to the needs of the federal government.
