The Role
The VP Enterprise Sales will lead the UC&C, CDN & Vyvx Sales organizations and will be responsible for growing, protecting and nurturing, these specific customer relationships. A key focus for the role will be to execute on our Voice Migration program. This role and organization will be primarily focused on driving strategic sales and migrations of our customers from legacy products to new go forward technology.
The Main Responsibilities
Sales:
- Responsible and accountable for the leadership of the UC&C, CDN & Vyvx Sales organization across N.America Enterprise. This team will be responsible for the sales and retention motions for these enterprise customers.
- Partner closely with CS and Sales teams on strategic customer opportunities and acquisition initiatives.
- Manage organization of dedicated field and desk based sales and technical teams .
- Responsible for annual revenues including all revenue management activities for CDN & Vyvx including churn, credits, rerates, payment terms, re-negotiation, renewal. Grow overall revenue through reducing current decline and upsell motions
- Fully responsible for sales and migration targes associated with UC&C voice migration program
- Hires, builds, and retains a talented field-based team responsible for customer, product and revenue migration, retention, product adoption and revenue expansion.
Leadership:
- A customer-first leader with the ability to lead a broad team and drive our company culture and values and with a passion to help our customers be successful
- A well-rounded, business leader with strong sales and commercial experience who can manage leading indicators, analyze trends, and negotiate with customers to ensure Lumen migrates and expands revenues in line with growth aspirations
- Build executive-level relationships as needed with top strategic customers
- A strong leader who can lead and inspire a team to reach their potential
- A change agent leader who will build a strong Sales team to drive a compelling focus on migration in UC&C space and revenue protection and expansion in CDN/Vyvx space.
- Clearly articulate the Sales and CS vision and strategy across their teams and into the broader ecosystem
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
- 10+year of specialized business and sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or applicable years of experience.
- Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with sales Tools such as SFDC, Seller 360 an advantage

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
