This is a long term contract and hybrid to Riverwoods, Il.
Description
- Manages and supports the coordination of executive-level recruitment processes including interview/meeting scheduling, travel coordination, reimbursement management, and interview day logistics and execution. Creates relationships and coordinates with senior leadership, their executive assistants (EA) and represents to executive level candidates that are considering opportunities at the company.
- Accommodates candidate needs and unforeseen logistics issues related to travel and interviews. Books travel and defines logistics, expenses, and reimbursement.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
- Schedules executive level candidates for interviews including logistics details accommodating both internal and external executives’ expectations and requirements. Ability to quickly pivot as needed due to shifts in calendars and availability. This may include arranging and coordinating dinners, lunches, and other events in a fast-paced environment.
- Solves problems related to prioritization and execution of candidate interviews. Communicates with executives and EA support, utilizes best judgement to determine scheduling requirements and remediate issues and challenges without direction or input.
- Ensures the quality of the entire executive recruitment process by providing support such as processing pre-interview meetings, interview guide delivery, interview scheduling and candidate logistics, feedback sessions, and reimbursements.
- Manages calendars, makes travel reservations, processes expense reports and miscellaneous paperwork to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Identifies and implements program or project solutions that improve the candidate or hiring manager experience and ensures seamless delivery.
- Composes responses to inquiries and directs to appropriate personnel. Distributes requests for information, tracks progress, and follows up on actions taken.
