Job Description


Provide administrative assistance to the President, CFO and the Executive Offices and provide oversight to administrative services team.


Duties Include


  • Prepare and distribute monthly resident letters, Board Briefings, and other materials.
  • Coordinate and mange volunteers used in the Communities office, including front desk reception.
  • Communicate with the Boards of Directors as directed by the President. Provide support for the Boards as requested or deemed necessary.
  • Provide assistance to the President & CEO and VP of Operations/CFO as directed including.
  • Ensure that GC and affiliate Boards, Board committees, education, meeting agendas and related detail are scheduled and recorded.


Job Requirements/Qualifications


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
  • Three to five years of similar executive assistance experience desired.
  • Strong phone skills. Understanding and ability to utilize multiple software products with expanded knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Abode Pro software skills essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
  • Work with Boards and Board Committees required.
