As our Executive Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, working closely with our C-Suite to support our goals. Your role will extend beyond child care, serving as a cornerstone in supporting the families, teachers, and communities that form the village around each child. Your work will help empower this village, ensuring the very best start for our children.

Day-by-day you will be:
  • Managing Executive Staff calendars, elevating work priorities and proactively facilitating leadership's involvement in relevant community events
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite, providing strategic support and guidance
  • Assisting in the development of both internal and external communications
  • Overseeing effective internal and external meetings, ensuring value, coordination, and follow-through
  • Assisting with the development and distribution of required Board materials
  • Leading a small team of Office Administrative Staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Managing accurate organization-wide reporting of accounts
  • Handling travel logistics and expense reports for the executive team
