Summary
Inspiring biotech company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and President at their boutique office. Manage both executives’ extensive and complex calendars, act as gatekeeper, coordinate travel, prepare for meetings and conferences, plan and coordinate internal and external events, interact with the Board of Directors, and be first point of contact on behalf of the executives. Provide some personal support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of administrative experience including a 3+ years supporting c-suite executives. Experience working with Board of Directors a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office, highly organized, have a strong attention to detail and be a team player with the ability to work individually as well. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an ability to prioritize and have a high level of discretion. Must be efficient and enjoy working in a fast paced, all hands on deck environment.
Compensation: $100-125K plus Bonus
