Private Equity firm located in Midtown is seeking a bright, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Executive Assistant who can work within deadlines, be a strong team player, and collaborate with our Founder and senior team members. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for screening, prioritizing, resolving and managing all incoming internal and external communications, e.g. e-mail, phone calls, letters, memos, faxes for the Founding Partner; Preparing and editing outgoing communications and presentations; Managing and maintaining calendar, executive appointments and meetings, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and event planning and more. This is a very fast-paced office with ever-changing demands. The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience in PE, VC or AM. We are seeking candidates with at least 8 years of C-Suite EA experience and a college degree.

- Tact and diplomacy in interacting with others; positive attitude, complete and strict confidentiality
- Assimilates and exemplifies company’s values and goals
- Outstanding MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills and the demonstrated ability to manage a complex calendar, including professional, civic and personal priorities and commitments?
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, plan and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and "own the details" orientation with excellent follow through.
