Job Description

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CO-FOUNDER

Boutique Real Estate investment Company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder. This is a very busy, dynamic culture with room for growth and opportunity

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide general administrative and office support as requested (assist with incoming phone calls, moderate copying/filing/faxes, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues
  • Complete online expense reimbursement forms and track reimbursements
  • Assist in scheduling, tracking and coordinating internal and external meetings or events, help prepare presentation materials
  • Assist with special projects as needed; proactively anticipate work assignments whenever possible
  • Aide Co-Founder by keeping track of each project and make sure that all deliverables are being completed in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate complex domestic travel arrangements, which include flights, car service, dinner reservations, colleague and client meetings, etc.
  • Liaise with lawyers, property managers, investors and other stakeholders on behalf of the Co-Founder

Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with strong follow-through skills
  • Highly organized, proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional, corporate environment supporting senior professionals
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple urgent tasks
