Executive Assistant - Research & Development

• Support our R&D leadership, including heavy calendar management and prioritization, travel, expense reports, vendor management, and any other tasks needed to maximize team productivity.
• Build cross-functional internal relationships, including partnering closely with other Executive Assistants who support organizational leaders.
• Manage all needs for quarterly board meetings, including agenda, content, speakers, logistics and budget
• As a trusted member of the team, you will be a confidante on all topics relating to strategy, growth, operations, prioritization and feedback. You will be a key stakeholder in both confidential and high-visibility projects across the Leadership Team.
• Plan leadership team off-sites and team-building events
• Act as a key partner on special projects as needed.
• Represent the leadership team by email and phone with internal and external stakeholders including investors, Board members, clients, prospects and C-level executives and other partners.
• Represent executives and team with confidentiality, professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.

• Bachelor Degree or higher preferred
• Ability to and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease.
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to handle stress and deal with the unexpected
• Minimum of four years of experience supporting senior level executives.
• Experience organizing team events and off-sites.
• Intellectual curiosity paired with a high growth-mindset.
• Prior experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical or life science industries preferred but not required.
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and service-oriented personality
• Strong expertise in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management skills

• In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $73,000 to $136,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
